Mi Healthcare – Stepping up for Scotland

Mi Healthcare have been working with National Services Scotland (NSS) and the local health boards in Scotland to provide a radiology service for NHS Louisa Jordan (Scotland’s Field Hospital at the SECC in Glasgow). Given the current crisis and shortage of X-Ray equipment, NSS called upon Mi Healthcare to provide our technical and logistical expertise to pick up and repair equipment gifted by health boards throughout Scotland. Within a couple of days of being contacted the equipment has been returned to our test facility in Cumbernauld and is currently being tested and repaired ready to ship to NHS Louisa Jordan for Acceptance Testing by Medical Physics so that it is ready for opening on Friday 17h April
Many thanks to all involved. National Services Scotland, Health boards throughout Scotland , our logistics and engineering team for their hard work in collecting and repairing the equipment in such a tight schedule, Medical Physics for working with us to ensure that the equipment will be ready to use in time for opening.
Caroline Clinton,  known to many throughout all the health boards has done a brilliant job in coordinating this uplift, inspection and delivery and ensuring we deliver this within the necessary timescales. Well done Caroline, a fine effort!
