We’ve just installed an OP300 Maxio at the University of Aberdeen Dental School and Hospital.
The system was supplied with three detectors and will be connected to their PACS and R4 systems. OP300 utilises the 5 multi-layer Pan, at no additional dose to the patient, allowing the Radiographer to choose the correct image layer to send for storage and review.
CBCT offers low dose scanning and five fields of view are available, 5 x 5cm, 6 x 8, 8 x 8, 8 x 15 and 13 x 15cm.
