Planned Maintenance visits (1 or 2 or as specified)
Mi Healthcare will perform Preventative Maintenance checks on your equipment as per the manufacturers recommendations. These will be equally spaced throughout the year on agreed dates with yourselves at a frequency stated by the OEM.
Access to the Mi Healthcare Service System
Mi Healthcare operate a customer portal where job cards, service dates, service history, faults and much more can all be retrieved at a click of a button, this is standard on all contracts.
Mandatory Heath & Safety updates
All mandatory and Health and Safety upgrades will be performed without charge to the customer.
4 hours guaranteed response time
Mi Healthcare will have an engineer on site within 4 hrs of the call being logged.
All call outs included (labour: travel and on-site time)
There are no ‘call out charges’ with your Mi Shield contract which also covers all travel and labour incurred in the normal working day.
